As one of the leaders in the duct spacer niche, this asset purchase will benefit Cal Am’s distributors and contractors alike with enhanced lead-times on this quality product line.
The purchase is especially symbiotic due to the fact that the duct spacer product line is directly compatible with Cal Am’s. This duct spacer product line will transition to the Cal Am brand and will continue to be directly compatible with the current Cal Am product line. This will ensure no disruption in quality to existing PenCell ®product distributors and contractors.
